Man Killed When Safe Falls On Him

Last Thursday, in Jefferson County Colorado, Donald Lindsey was helping to move a new safe into a branch of Chase bank when the safe tipped pinning him against a doorway. Other workers where trapped in a room, but not injured.

This should alert us to always be paying attention to safety, even when doing something as simple as using a dolly to move a heavy object.  We should never be casual about safety.  Always be asking the question, "What can go wrong?"
