The U.K. HSE continues to deal with bogus health and safety claims

The Health and Safety Executive's (HSE's) Myth Busters Challenge Panel - which was set up to govern "silly decisions" that were wrongly blamed on the UK's safety laws - has handled its 100th case.

The myth buster department was set up to resolve issues concerning attempted compliance with health and safety laws and standards that do not exist.
