With a few exceptions I&amp;#39;ve set proposed OSHA fines that exceed $100,000 as defining what is major. I also include those I feel are significant, without regard to the value of the proposed fine.  I feel that reporting on all OSHA citations and fines would &amp;quot;clog&amp;quot; up our blog and put too much of a focus on OSHA citations.
